Every order ships from our UK warehouse, packed by hand and sent by tracked courier.
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is not offered at checkout, email info@asterandpage.co.uk and we will do what we can.
2. What you pay
Delivery costs per order: UK complimentary, EU £10, US and Canada £20, and the rest of the world £30. The rate for your destination is shown at checkout. We cover all applicable import duties, VAT, taxes and customs handling charges for orders worldwide. There is nothing further to pay on delivery for these charges. If a carrier requests payment on delivery, please contact us before paying so we can resolve it.
3. When we ship
You will be given an estimated delivery date when you order, and a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
For Christmas, UK orders are delivered before Christmas and international orders are dispatched by early December to allow time for customs and carrier delays.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country. Orders outside the UK must pass through customs, which can add days and is outside our control. If we are delayed by an event outside our control, we will let you know as soon as we can.
5. Packaging
Each copy travels in its keepsake presentation box inside a protective, recyclable outer carton: no plastic wrap, no landfill filler.
6. Updating your address
You can update your delivery address any time before dispatch by emailing us. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left our warehouse.
7. Missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave instructions to reschedule or collect. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional charge.
8. Damaged in transit
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours at info@asterandpage.co.uk, with photographs if possible, so that we can resolve it quickly. This is a request to help us, not a condition: your legal rights apply regardless.
